is one of the leading multi-discipline practice of  project management, engineering and integrated design in Italy.

We aim to provide comprehensive and integrated services, from project management services, towards integrated design: architectural, structural, MEP and fit-out.

SPI provides expert advice on all matters pertaining to construction projects, including cost planning, value engineering, procurement, project monitoring and cost management.

There is a wide range of professional experience within the practice, each project

manager having acquired a high degree of specialist knowledge.

SPI is a multi-discipline practice; therefore we are also able to advise on local planning and consent issues, together with comment on the planning permission obtained.

SPI is based in Milan and Rome, and operates throughout Italy and abroad.

SPI was founded in 1956, and through fifty years, has always improved in quality and expertise.

This is probably the best way to describe SPI. Most of our Clients are International Companies, to whom we provide multi-disciplinary local knowledge and expertise, filtered through “anglo-saxon” approach, method and language.

SPI approach to integrated design is strongly influenced by sustainability, and green awarness.

The delivery of a holistic sustainable design sits at the centre of SPI’s design philosophy.

We fully support the aim of designing physical objects, the built environment and services to comply with the principles of economic, social, and ecological sustainability.

These principles are applicable to any aspect of our services: from planning to interior design.

Green concept design:
Reclaimed materials, recycled finishes, re-played and re-used elements of the former site may become accent points of a new concept and, in some cases, represent its one leit-motiv and reason.

In 2006 we adopted  the “Enviromnental Standard for Retail Development”  procedure, to inform, survey and audit the sustainability and green awareness of our projects.

We have experienced this approach in various contexts: from hi-end luxury flagship stores to boutique hotels, from pure office space-planning, to shopping centre mall design, with repeated success in all fields.
