Audit and Consultancy
We advise and provide assurance to our Clients in the private and third sectors. No matter what the context, from Due Diligence to Asset Management consultancy, all of our consultancy assignments have one thing in common: we identify and manage the opportunities to improve efficiencies, minimize risk and secure optimum value for Clients.
- Due Diligence
We have extensive expertise and experience in delivering timely, informed and easily understood due diligence advice to support your investment decisions.
We’ll put in context for you the presence of hazardous materials, the energy efficiency of a property, its shell and core conditions, the expected residual life of each of its services – as well as an estimate on immediate costs to be faced, to help you make an informed decision on the risks.
Working side to side with the nominated legal firm, we also provide technical advice on planning and building permits and approvals.

Before banks agree to fund property developments, they must have a good understanding of the construction aspects of the project in order to weigh up the risks that might impact on their loans.
When a development is underway it must be carefully monitored, with regular site visits made in order to pick up any key issues as they arise. We advise when costs can be drawn down against the loan facility, and on the adequacy of the remaining undrawn loan to cover the forecast cost to complete.

It provides the Client with the ability to actively manage cost and risk to suit their specific requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Construction Management is a professional and non-adversarial way of organizing and directing manpower, materials and equipment to accomplish the building designer’s vision for a project, without using a main or management contractor.

The Integrated Design Process is different from a conventional design process in several respects. The client takes a more active role than usual; the architect becomes a team leader rather than the sole form-giver; and the structural, mechanical and electrical engineers take on active roles at early design stages. First class retail projects are a typical case where our holistic approach is recommended.
We specialize in obtaining planning permission within commercial and leisure sectors for both private and corporate clients.
We offer a wide range of knowledge in every area of planning, development and environmental issues surrounding building projects. We also insure a much smoother journey from the start of the project to the finish, delivering the project as cost effectively as possible.
We understand that every case is unique and needs to be treated as such. This knowledge puts us in the best position to promote your case giving the best opportunity for success.
